12 Jun ELTRUN at the EU Sustainable Energy Week 2018
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The ELTRUN E-Business Research Center participated in the EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW 2018) held in Brussels on 4-8 June 2018. Senior researchers of the center presented the ENTROPY Horizon 2020 project to interested participants of the Energy Week who visited the ENTROPY booth at the Networking Village of EUSEW 2018 on Tuesday 5 June 2018.
The ENTROPY current findings and status were presented and participants had the opportunity to interact with the live version of the developed ENTROPY platform as well as the Serious game and Personalized application for the adoption of energy efficient lifestyles in the workplace.
The ENTROPY project aims to design and deploy an innovative IT ecosystem targeting at improving energy efficiency through consumers understanding, engagement and behavioural changes. The focus is given on the collection of energy-related information from heterogeneous data sources, the proper analysis of the available data and the provision of interactive services, applications and serious games to end users for stimulating their interest for energy efficient activities, recommending actions for adopting more energy efficient lifestyles and increasing their overall energy consumption awareness.
